My name is Rohita Sinha and I am from Varanasi the Holiest city of the World which is situated in the Uttar Pradesh of Republic of India.
I did my schooling from Varanasi. I have completed my graduation from “Dr. K.N. Modi Inst. Pharm Edu. & Research” with Pharmaceutical Sciences as major and post graduation from IIIT Allahabad [Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad] in Information Technology with specialization in Bio Informatics.
Currently I am a PhD Student in the Lab of Dr. Ilya Vakser at Center for Bioinformatics at KU [University of Kansas], Kansas, USA. My lab specifically works on computational modeling of Protein-Protein interactions. As a follower of science we try to solve the mystery of extremely intricate network of cellular proteins, but as a person we appreciate the beauty of God’s creations.
